Theyre vacuum bags lol. They collect the stuff from the carpet and dont explode in dusty excitement when we replace a full one.

These work well for us, they fit properly and pass only a very very small and acceptable amount of fine dust, much better than bagless. In the 18 pack they are cheap enough to just suck up quantities of whatever and throw them out without spillage.
