price was good for the number of bags, but they came in an opened non-discript bag, not as pictured

I always purchase these vacuum bags. They are economical and work as well as store bought bags.

So these bags are not the same thickness as the hypo bags from Sear, but they are a fraction of a fraction of the cost. For the price they work. Are they going to trap your allergens? No, but then go pay $15 a bag. If you just want a regular bag that will leak some dirt when you unhook it, but get the job done without ripping, then these are great.

Havent used yet. Replaced old bag, fits great in tank. I have other vacs, and use this one only when above floor use is required.

When I was looking for bags, I saw reviews stating that these bags are very thin and easy to rip. The previous OEM bags I had put on before also tended to rip when I had to replace them so I figured it was just people being too rough when replacing the bag. Little did I know how thin and paper like the bag was. I nearly ripped it as I was just sliding it in and the way the vacuum bag holder works, you really have to pull it into the slot, which doesnt work if the material could easily rip. Get a better bag, or a better vacuum, but just be prepared to rip a few bags before you get the hang of it.

I purchased this item to replace a Type Q Sears filter in my vacuum cleaner. The Amazon headline says Type Q but the packaging does not. The filter will install, but is not the same shape as a Q and is made of different material. Its made for the earlier Sears canister vacuum, not the newer unit that takes a Type Q filter.

The vacuum bags look like the correct size and they look strong. They dont look any different than the OEM Kenmore 5055 bags. Havent used them yet.
