> 24 hourAmazing value for the amount of product you get. I use two cups of this in bath and it really makes a difference in cutting down the muscle soreness the next day if I have worked out. There is no scent (which I dont feel strongly about one way or another). I have previously purchased more pricey sports recovery salts and these salts do the same exact thing to relieve soreness during a bath at a fraction of the price. Will continue buying this stuff in bulk as it is some of the most reasonably priced epsom salts on amazon.

I bought it at Marshalls for less, but then when I saw it on Amazon I decided to buy it even at twice as much $$ since it was such a great product.

> 24 hourbought as I believe that I am allergic to the other epsome salt my so uses as I itch after putting it in my bath. Scent is a bit strong but pleasant. Not sure if it increases or helps with my allergies..only used it a handful of times before my so used it all because he ran out of his eucalyptus one lol

Add two cups of Epsoak Epsom Salt to warm, running bath water. Settle in and soak for 20 minutes to help relieve stress and stiffness.
