So far the printer itself is great, but the WiFi connection can be a pain if you are running an antivirus on your computer. You may have to completely disable it in order to ever connect. The UI is somewhat cluncky and needs improvement. But once I finially got everything figured out seem okay, but not great. The printer itself is great, have had no issues with the printer.

The massive ink supply and reservoirs are a real plus over the HP units Ive used for years. The print quality is fine for personal/small business use, but slow. The scanners automatic document feeder is way too sensitive for any consistent use, though. Unless the leading edge (top) of the page is absolutely free of bends/staple holes, etc., itll reject the page and you have to place each subsequent page on the glass - very time consuming.

Bought a defective product. Was not able to get the printer to work. Returned it to 3rd party seller who accused me of not returning the original product and they were going to report me to authorities. Amazon had to get involved as the seller would not give me a full refund. Do not recommend buying anything from this seller. Seller was only going to refund $67.69 and deducting $358.35 for restocking fee return reduction. I paid $398.17 + $27.87 tax for a total of $426.04.
