I’d give this 5 stars for baby facing toward you. It’s soft, super comfortable, stretchy, and breathable. I feel like it’s a perfect combination of a wrap and a typical carrier. But once baby is big enough to face forward, this is a big no for me. Baby is about 15lbs, and after several minutes, it starts to cut off circulation in her legs no matter how I tried to adjust it. & once my daughter was out of her newborn stage, she was no longer interested in facing in. So only being used for a few months, the price is a bit much in my opinion.

This would be a great newborn (0-4 weeks) or a 3+ month carrier. It is super soft and I loved the way it felt with baby in it. Im returning as my baby (7 weeks) is in the stage where he is too long for the carrier to support his neck since he doesnt have neck control yet. So unless you want to hold your babys head the entire time/baby is small enough to use the carrier neck support/baby is old enough or strong enough to have neck control, then this isnt the carrier for you. Im opting for the bjorn mini for longer term neck support.

Overall, I really like this carrier. I have 5 kids, so I have used a few carriers. What I like about this one is mainly the convenience. Its very fast and easy to throw on. Its also soft and comfortable enough for me and baby. I went on a 2 hour hike with it and it was very supportive for my little guy. Its easy enough to breastfeed in, which is important to me. My only complaints would be 1) the shoulder straps never stay where I want them. They always end up against my neck. 2) I do wish there was head support. Any time I bend over, I have to hold his head. I feel like, at this price point especially, it should have something to help with that.

I think this is the best carrier Ive seen for the newborn stage. After a couple of weeks of fighting with a Boba Wrap (16 ft of fabric, I believe), I knew I needed to use a buckle carrier. I had a cheap infantino one from Target from my first baby, but it required me to buckle right between my shoulder blades... maybe its just me but that is a hard spot to reach! Also, most buckle carriers are so bulky and stiff. The Embrace carrier is lightly stretchy but supportive fabric and has only 3 buckles that are easy to reach (one at the waist, one by each boob). The baby seems comfortable and I am definitely much more comfortable than with a fabric wrap or a bulkier carrier. If Id change anything, it would be more head support for very little newborns, maybe a clip on hood or something. I found myself cupping his head a lot when he had less neck control. Now he is 10 weeks old and does better on his own. I hope in the future they will offer this product in some fun colors or patterns because that would only make it even more appealing!

This is very convenient for whenever I’m doing things around the house or going for a walk. It’s also comfortable for me and baby. My little one falls asleep every time.

I’m a very petite (5’0, 100 lb) first time momma so this whole world of carriers is new territory. I liked the idea of the wrap-but found myself constantly having to adjust it to keep it tight and I had so much extra fabric is was uncomfortable to wear all day. it took about 3 min to get the wrap on and adjusted properly (with a tired newborn, that’s a lot of time) I needed more convenience. I was looking for a carrier that was comfortable yet stable with minimal fuss to get on. This carrier NAILED it!!! It’s incredibly comfortable. It’s only 3 clips and baby girl is snug as a bug. The fabric is high quality!!! cotton with the perfect amount of stretch and extremely light weight. I feel confident that baby is secured and extremely comfortable. I enjoy that she is carried like she is in a wrap but without all the BS that comes with a wrap!! This carrier is absolutely worth the money if you are looking to baby wear often. I wear this inside, outside, everywhere. So comfy.

I wanted to love it. I’ve used the boba wrap and an off-brand Solly style wrap. My older son loved it as a baby and my 6 week old girl loves those too. I wanted to try a more structured fabric-y carrier because i feel like such a hippy with all the fabric everywhere, plus those wraps are hard to adjust and make tighter while wearing the baby. BUT unfortunately this carrier didnt work out. Pros: - Comfortable and soft - easy to adjust and tighten while wearing - Cute and not bulky. Looks more like a mainstream carrier so you don’t seem like the “crunchy mom” Cons: - newborn style was too small for my 6 week old and regular style was too big. No in between. - couldnt get the back to reach bottom of baby’s ears without her being so far into the carrier she couldnt breathe.I watched the video and followed instructions to a tee. Tied it high and tight and it still didnt work. - straps were always around my neck and in baby’s face, annoying to keep pulling over my shoulders repeatedly. They dont stay down. If you loosen them they’re unsupportive. - Baby didnt like her legs spread apart. With a wrap you can keep a newborns legs together in a “sack” instead if spreading them. - Heavier than a Solly so a bit warm for summer. I will try it again in a few weeks when baby is a bit bigger and (hopefully) doesnt mind the structure of the carrier.

After trying two wraps and a sling and not having any success, we tried the Ergo Embrace. It does not disappoint. This carrier is comfortable and easy to use. It’s structured between a wrap and a carrier. The material is really soft but feels supportive. I don’t feel like baby is going to slide out. The best thing about this is the neck support for a newborn. I don’t feel like I need to hold or support baby with my hands. It truly can be hands free most of the time. While the material feels thick, there is enough room to breath. I found it less suffocating than the Solly Wrap, which is marketed to be a lightweight wrap. The Embrace is a fantastic carrier and I recommend it to everyone! We also have an Omni 360 and the Embrace feels like a great starter carrier to the Omni, with easy transitions.

Tried them all! I hate the ones that look like combat one with huge seat, they are most unconfortable and straps dont stay on. This is amazing, soft, easyyy to put on. Easy to wear. The shoulders are wide and stretch fabric so it stays on your shoulders. Can change baby position and can breastfeed while walking with baby in carrier! I am buying another one because I used mine so mine gets dirty.
