My newborn baby (she is now almost two months old and around 9 or 10 pounds) and I love the new Ergo 360 OMNI as you dont need any additional pieces for newborn. Also, my babys orthopedist loves it too and approves of baby girls positioning in the OMNI even with her mild hip dysplagia. I wear my baby every where. I love the little privacy hood thats tucked away, I like to whip this out when I dont want people looking or touching her, it also works as a great crumb catcher when Im eating! Baby wearing is essential with newborns, they always want to be held. This product makes it so easy and baby loves it! I cannot think of any reason not to like it.

Im really happy I decided to go with this one. Its soft material and is easy to adjust. At home I use the MOBY but this is great for being out and about. I know well use it more as the tem atarts to go down in Cali. For anyone buying it with a teething baby I suggest you purchase the teething guard or keep a pacifier and clip with baby to minimize drool.

Love this. I was using an infantino brand before and clearly felt a huge difference on e I switched over to this one. For one its much heavier, due to the extra padding/support. Extra padding on all the areas that matter: shoulders, lower back. Baby is much more comfy and falls asleep within 5-10 minutes of being in the carrier. The little pouch was extra helpful when traveling: kept our passports and boarding passes within arms reach

Update: Ok- It turns out the sun shade being sewn upside down is a bigger issue than I first wrote about. As it’s Texas and the 80 degrees weather came out- I used it this week and discovered it won’t cover her head correctly in the future because of the seam and I don’t think my stitching skills can fix this (and come on $200!) - so I’m returning and ordering a new one- fingers crossed I love this carrier. I love this carrier! Not a fan of the steep price, but I have 4 other carriers and my sassy daughter refused to ride in any of them for longer than 3 minutes. She’s at the stage where she always wants to be held (infants...so needy) and I need my hands to accomplish things during the day. I finally broke down after reading multiple reviews and having my friends tell me if I was going to do the ergo baby, get one where she can face out when she gets bigger for less crotch hitting. I also liked the large weight scale as she just hit 9 pounds so I’ll be able to use this for awhile. I’m pretty small (like just under 5’4) and I did have to work a little bit to get the shoulder straps to fit on on my tiny shoulders. I have them on the tightest and was a little humbug about that until I realized I can also cross the shoulder pads to be more secure. I guess it does help to read the directions because this thing is so versatile with so many features you might forget what all you’re getting if you wing it. Anyways, we have a rescue farm and this thing is amazing! It’s comfy on my back and she falls asleep in it! Falls Asleep!!!! Ladies and gentlemen—- Winner! ***The only defect I’ve found so far is the cover- I finally pulled it out the other day and realized the fabric was stitched upside down - so the logo rubs the top of her head instead of facing outwards. I have to say, I’m pretty bummed about it for such an expensive carrier, but I can just sew a little piece of felt on it as I really don’t want to go a week without a carrier for trying to exchange it. Le sigh. So check that first out of the box before you start using it and falling in love with it.

This is a great, comfortable carrier. I tried the lilibaby and while that is good, I feel this is better because it has more options for adjusting the seat pad. It is also easier adjusting the ergo baby seat carrier and I feel the seat is more padded and comfortable. We used this trough multiple airports and sight seeing on our road trip and it was perfect for our 5 month old. I also use it for work around the house and she falls asleep in it all the time. I got the grey, regular cloth material and it is very soft and I think more comfortable than the mesh

The hand-me-down baby carrier I had was making my back hurt, so I thought Id try something a little more supportive looking. This carrier is SO much better for my back, probably because of the supportive waist strap. And the built-in sun cover is very convenient. The only downside is that my baby decided he doesnt really like to be carried around 14 weeks old, only 2 months after I bought this. I pretty much only use this for carrying baby on hikes now.

At first baby didn’t like it but once we started to go out more mainly Disneyland is the best way for her to sleep and see around. Good back support and baby feels safe. Easy to put on and even dad wear it.

This carrier didn’t seem to prevent back pain. May have been used error but I really tried to set it up as directed. It’s also bulky. I had another baby Bjorne one I bought used that became my go to as it was simpler to use, more comfortable, and less bulky.

Love this carrier! It’s a little bulky but it’s easy to get past that when carrying your baby feels almost weightless! With practice it’s easy to put on by yourself.

I tried other brands but this one is amazing. Back support is perfect and baby’s hips stay in M shape for all positions.
