One very great umbrella comes with a puch with a clip on the end of it and u can clip it on ur backpack for easy storage. I cant really complain about this umbrella. This one I own is better than the other umbrellas that are the same style and same wrist strap and same color with the same straps but this one didnt break like the others.

We dont get a lot of rain where I live but I did need an umbrella that could withstand rain plus wind. This Ergonauts umbrella handled the rain easily and even wind gusts of 15+ miles per hour without turning inside out. I could see the tines slightly flex with the strong wind but that was it and I, on purpose, directed the umbrella so that it would get the strongest of the wind gusts. The umbrella feels sturdier than my older one and is easier to open and close. I registered my umbrella and got to be a VIP member, which gives me special promotions with this company. Their customer service is amazing. I had no problems but Emma, from Ergonauts, reached out to me several times to make sure that I was happy with their product. So, yes, Emma, I am happy with your product and thrilled with your customer service!

Its a sturdy umbrella. I havent used it too much since buying it a couple of months ago, but it functioned well, opened and closed easily, feels sturdy and has a convenient hook so you dont lose the umbrella cover. It seems a little heavier than other umbrellas of the same size, but that may be because of its sturdiness. Full disclosure: After I registered the umbrella, Ergonauts contacted me and asked for feedback on the umbrella. In return, they provided a second umbrella for free. They asked that I submit a review, but did not require it for the free umbrella and sent it to me about a month before I wrote this. So I guess you can look at it two ways: That this review might have been influenced by the free umbrella, or that this is a company that cares about customer satisfaction and provides incentives for making sure it gets feedback. They did provide the second, free umbrella with no assurance that Id write a positive review, or a review at all.

Easy to use. Nice quality

The Ergonauts umbrella is indestructible, lightweight and fashionable. It is also small enough to fit in my back which was great! I think it is worth every dime..

Poor quality, fell apart after just 12-15 uses. The return window already expired by the time it fell apart. Youve been warned.

I like the design/mechanics of the umbrella. I wish you had more color options though!
