One of the main reasons I purchased the chair is because it says up to 350 Pounds of support, well lets just say Im not close to 350 (Im Under) but Im tall and big and the chair wont stay in the raised position it just keeps sinking to the lowest position. This is beyond frustrating, I really wanted to like this chair especially after assembling it, now what am I supposed to do un assemble and try to bring it into a UPS store in Pieces. I also reached out to the seller and the did not reply.

When I got my new order from Amazon I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy it was. It was easy to put together and is well made. It is very comfortable and sturdy. I’m very pleased with my order and recommend it to anyone wanting a great chair at a great price.
