> 3 dayPros: -Chair is very adjustable -Good price -The assembly instructions are decent. -The arms go up! This is actually a big deal for me, my previous chairs arms were fixed and I couldnt push it in flat against the desk. This little feature helps save some space in a small room. Some small gripes: -It squeaks. My old chair after 7 years started to squeak, a new chair shouldnt really do this. I blame the extra bolts, washers and nuts. This is the first chair that I can remember that I needed to assemble its base. Normally its solid or pre-assembled whether its wood, metal or a composite. All that I usually have to do is insert the wheels. -This is a minor one and your mileage may vary, but the arm rests seem to be made of some hard rubber. I have some tendinitis in my right elbow and I found that I needed to get some arm pad cushions, which improved the comfort substantially. I normally rest my elbows on the arms a lot so comfort in the arms of the chair is important. Cons: -You can raise or lower the back of the chair with a knob not just the seat, which is great. However, in my chair leaning on one arm makes the back shift to the side in that direction. Lean the other way and it shifts that way. It doesnt matter how tight I make the knob or how low/high the back is. This makes you feel unbalanced especially if you get up using the arms of the chair to push off. -I specifically chose this chair because the seat is supposed to be 3.9 inches thick (my old one was 4.5) and many others were advertising as 3 inches. I find that the cushioning on thicker seats tend to last longer. This seat doesnt seem to be 3.9 inches, it looks closer to 3.25 or so. -This is the big one. I was leaning back in the chair and it felt like I was getting jabbed in my lower back and sure enough it was the plastic lumbar support. This was because the mesh had become loose! (see pics) The mesh seems to slot into a seam along the edge of the back of the chair. I was able to push it back in, but then it happened again a few days later. Ive now had this happen 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I dont know if this is just bad luck and I have a defective chair but this is just too much. I am now in the really annoying position of having to disassemble the chair and return it before the return window closes. I dont know if Im going to exchange it or look for another brand. Its a good thing I havent gotten rid of my old beat up chair as of yet. I really wanted this chair to work out, but it has too many issues.

> 3 dayI got this chair for my every day remote working. This is new to Amazon from what I saw and had like 50 other reviews which....Im not sure were actually real? lol Ive been using it for a few days now and something I noticed. The arms are kind of weird. I didnt realize that using them would also slightly move the back. Speaking of the back of the chair, it rocks left to right. Its not much, but about an inch each way. This really only happens when using the arm rests as well. Last thing I will say is that after two hours of use - it squeaks heavily. Im not used to a chair doing it so soon, but it is slightly annoying. The seat is very comfortable and I like the fact that the arms are not connected to the seat so Im dealing with the back swaying thing for now. I love that the seat height is adjustable as well. Overall Im happy with the purchase, but wouldnt have gotten it at full price. They are bribing people to post a 5 star review. They took me through a process to give me a $50 gift card if I reviewed it and posted a picture. which I did and they asked me to change it to 5 stars and wouldnt give it to me until I did. Im taking away a star for this. Eff them. Buyer Beware.

Greater than one weekThis is an amazing chair, found very comfortable from my last chair. I had back pain due to scoliosis caused by old chair. This new chair is super comfy and helped resolve my back pain. The seating is flat which helps keep your back straight and has foam to support your back which I found way better than other chairs. The back support is very nice as well as the head support. Arm wrests are nice since they are adjustable and helps you rest your arms. This chair is better than most gaming chairs because its more also you can put them help keeps your Worth buying and great for the price. The only problem is setting up the chair takes a lot of time but at the end of the day its worth it seeing how well the chair turned out to be. Packaging was very neat and clean and didint find anything wrong, perfect condition everything. Instructions were very clear too. Defineltey worth buying if you guys want to find a comfy ergonomic chair. Chair is going to be popular for sure and one of the best sellers in a while, which is why you guys should buy it fast.

> 3 dayThis is a very comfortable office chair for a decent price. I found it easy to build. All the tools were included, and it took me maybe 30 minutes to fully assemble (while watching TV at the same time). I was able to do all of it on my own, apart from two moments where it was helpful to have a second pair of hands. The chair is pretty adjustable—you can adjust its height, you can adjust the tilt of the seat itself, the height of the backrest and arms, and the height, angle, and extension of the head rest. One possible downside is how the arms can’t be adjusted up and down independently of the whole backrest—while this hasn’t been much of an issue for our household, I imagine that some would like to be able to, for instance, make the lumbar support lower without having to lower the arms as well. Overall, this is a comfortable chair to sit in for long periods of time and I’m happy I bought it.
