EDIT: the right ear piece was replaced by the manufacturer once i was able to message them, besides that i had no complaints as they are a very good sounding IEM for the price, therefore I changed my review to a 5star, from what i can tell i am one of very very few that have had a defective earpiece. the nozzle on the right IEM came out when i pulled the IEM out of my ear after 2 and a half months. this is a bigger issue than normal because on of the drivers is located in the nozzle, so now i have sound loss in the right IEM because the nozzle and river fell out. the nozzle does not appear to have been cemented in properly and the connecting wires to the driver were not properly soldered. i believe this is a fluke and most kzn IEMs have exceptional quality for the value

Ive had them for a month and they work good, the volume gets pretty loud for earbuds, my only issue is that the left earbud wont work, I bought a new cord but that didnt help I also dont see any earwax or dirt that would make it not want to work.

The fit, audio quality and value is amazing on these headphones. BUT: Only 3 days into using these one of the drivers went almost completely silent while the other worked fine. Tried to troubleshoot but the driver is not working. I exchanged the pair for a new one. We will see if the next pair holds up longer

Im a gigging drummer and always prefer IEM over earplugs and wedges. Not the best quality sound but decent. A customer had mentioned they have a slight hiss, and Ill agree. Nothing too bad, but I wouldnt exactly call these high quality IEM. theyre decent and worth the price for what they are. Playing gigs you Don much between the monitors and the live sound. Good product, great price! Shure and alclear definitely have better sound quality, but have a huge price difference. If youre a first time buyer looking for on stage in ear monitors then I suggest giving these a try.

I purchased these KZ ZSN PRO “budget/value IEMs after becoming curious of their sound benefits due to the amount of live musicians using them. Well after weeks of trying different ear tips and becoming frustrated due to their mid and high end bias. I tried my FOAM tips. Wow, what a difference! They made these KZ IEMs completely neutral and more importantly a permanent part of a ridiculously large headphone+earbuds, both wired and wireless collection. Now my IEM collection begins. I believe this format (IEMs) provides the best sound/dollar value. These KZ ZSN PRO approach the $100 value in headphones or standard earbuds. Very clean or neutral, clear separation and accurate sound reproduction. If you are picky or want really accurate clean sound. YOU MUST consider buying an ear tip kit for $5-$10 as well. Fortunately they will help with all your earbuds of any kind. I tested them (KZ ZSN PRO) using lossless files with a quality DAC and all different genres of music. They are excellent! Buy them. For $20 you might discover why IEMs have an inherent sound reproduction advantage.

I started using these for recording Zoom interviews on the podcast so that if I end up using video, I don’t look like some schmendrake with big bulky headphones on. I like to keep it natural. So I picked these up for cheap and am completely satisfied with them. They serve their purpose. If I have any complaint, it’s that the low end is all but non existent. But again, for what I am using them for, it is but a minor inconvenience.

The sound isolation was poor and the audio is very high frequency responsive, giving it a tinny sound. The manufacturing quality seems to fairly good, and the cable is stout and looks to be rugged.

These block a surprising amount of sound and are not too big (a problem I routinely have with my ears). They were easy to put together, I did order a zipper hard case for them as well. The cord is long enough for ease of use with a pack and the wire seems sturdy. Ive not used much so will update if an issue arises.

I have lots of earbuds and headphones. Some of them are very pricey. So why did I need to buy these? I am a biker. I wear a full face helmet with a Sena system that wirelessly connects to my Samsung S8. I have speakers installed in the helmet. They sound ok but produce a tinny sound. No bass at all. Ive been using this system for three years now. The Sena comes with a jack to plug in and use earbuds if I choose. However, they dont stay in the ear well when pulling the helmet on and off. They also never produced a sound much better than the speakers installed in the helmet. I pretty much gave up on finding a solution to better sound in my helmet. Enter the KZ ZSN Dual Driver Headphones! They fit in the ear much like a hearing aid. I surmised that this type of earbud might work well with a helmet. But if they didnt produce sound quality any better than the helmet speakers what would be the point in using them? I figured it was worth a shot considering the price. Holy Moly! These headphones are incredible! I have some very expensive Sony headphones I use in my videography business. The KZ ZSN headphones are on par with them! I never imagined having that kind of sound in my helmet. My S8 has a built in equalizer that allows me to adjust the audio frequencies. All of the earbuds and speakers I previously used/tested pretty much had no change from the equalizer adjustments. The sound from the KZ ZSN headphones is phenomenal. They also stay in my ears perfectly when pulling the helmet on and off. KZ ZSN sells pro headphones that are a little over twice the price of these featuring five drivers! Not only am I going to buy three more pair of these (presents), I am going to buy the five driver model as well! I couldnt be more pleased with this product. I highly recommend this product!

I have never heard ear buds with this level of definition. They approach full size headphones in depth and clarity. The fit, both in the ear and over the ear, is about as good as possible. I bought these for in-ear monitors for performances. I am so confident that I am hearing everything exactly as I should.
