Helmet has a 3 year warranty neither esab or Kentucky toolwork want to replace it no response from seller esab just keeps on apologizing and said the can’t do anything about

Works pretty good, but they did not include any batteries or the beautiful Dew Rag they promised in the image. For the price, give me my batteries and Dew Rag!

Lense is extremely clear, and is the most comfortable hood Ive ever worn. Just beware the lense covers are about 10 bucks to replace so using it for anything outside of a tig weld can get pricey especially overhead welds. Not worth the 400 dollar price tag in my opinion, but is a very good hood none the less.

Lens cracked 10 months into ownership. I have the extended warranty but they say its covered under the manufacturers warranty. The manufacturer didnt respond to a request to repair after multiple tries. Amazon will not help either. Im stuck for 2 months. Just an awful experience.
