Greater than one weekI bought these to use for cuticle oil and they work great! I havent carried one in my purse yet so I cant say they are 100% leakproof as they are usually standing upright. However, they have been laid on their side on my nightstand and have not leaked there. They are a great size and were easy to fill with my oil. I would recommend!

Tight roller ball is to prevent the leaking issue and it does happen the first time you try using it after you made it.

Tips for loosing the tight roller
We suggest you lubricate it after uses
1. Before you put the roller on the bottle, roll it around a bit with your finger. It releases and then rolls easily.
2.Take the roll on off again and then replace it back..rub down hard on your wrist and most the times it starts working fine.
3.If it does not work. please replace it with replacement roller balls
