I bought this umbrella to throw in my diaper bag for when we get caught in the rain. This umbrella has a carrier which is nice to put it in after use so the rest of the items in my bag don’t get wet. This will also be nice to have when my kids are older to throw in my purse or the center console in my car. Great price point - buy for yourself or a friend!

> 3 dayI bought this to use during kids summer soccer games. I loved the size and that I could just stick it in my travel bag but it was hard to operate and the pole seemed a bit flimsy. The handle itself was rectangular and hard to hold onto even with my small hands. Wanted to love it but I returned it.

> 3 dayThis umbrella is ok for what I needed for my upcoming trip. Very compact and easy to pack. I wanted an umbrella with its own carrying case for running around the city. And this one will do just that. The cons are that it is hard to re-pack the umbrella back into its case, but it can be done with a little finagling. The handle hold is uncomfortable to hold on to. And the rods seem pretty thin. A big wind gust will probably destroy this umbrella. Keeping my fingers crossed that I will only run into light rain and not a torrential windy storm.
