For anyone that travels, you know the importance of knowing the weight of your luggage before and at the end of your trip to avoid any fees at the airport. After using unreliable methods to weigh our luggage at home, and having to rearrange items in our luggage last minute at the airport, I decided to make this purchase. It has been such a stress reducer when traveling! I decided to purchase off Amazon instead of at an in-store retailer for convenience and so that I could buy based on others reviews. This scale has been accurate during all our travels, including international trips when every oz. and lb. would make the difference. We tend to overpack when we travel for a week or more, so our luggage typically hovers around that 50lb mark. My husband is only about 57 so sometimes its a little harder for him to lift the luggage to clear the ground to get the weight, haha. But we make it work! I love that this scale is small and easy to pack. The strap is made of nylon, I think, and it has really held up with a good amount of use. I usually carry an extra battery in case I need to replace. Before our last trip, the scale showed low battery so I was grateful to have a replacement. In the few years Ive had it, Ive only replaced the battery one time. Great purchase, I would recommend!

Very much recommend this scale for when traveling. It is very compact and it is super accurate. Bags weighed the same on the airport scales. Also very easy to use. I also like that it also has a built in digital thermometer that tells you the room temperature. I was hesitant to buy since some were saying that the scale was way off but it was perfect for me.

Perfect size and very easy to use.
