> 3 dayThese are SPOT brand on the package. This is still a very popular toy at my house. It was played with today. They are easily batted around, they can be picked up with their paws, and they just bite them and carry them to the next room. Granted some are lost, but are probably in a corner somewhere. None have broken or changed shape much even when stepped on. My one year old cats just love them. And once in a while the 6 year old can’t help herself and pounces on them too. I had tinier ones, but these are better. I still have an extra pack not opened yet, and will try to find larger ones next time. I will stick with this brand, very satisfied with this product.

> 3 dayOne of my cats has a thing for twist ties and springy stuff. These are perfect for him. He can carry them in his mouth which he does when playing fetch. They also do not hurt when stepped on in the middle of the night!

> 3 dayMy kitties got nuts over these! My cousin recommended as I wasn’t sure how safe they were. They love them & they are very strong so not worried bout them breaking & eating piece. If have kitties who are playful highly recommend these.

> 3 dayMy 6 month old cat plays with this with such enthusiasm and it’s a hoot to watch her. She especially likes to carry it around, bop it and play with it on the stairs. It will keep her entertained for a half hour. That said, it is not safe, at least for her. She is fierce with her prey. When I play with her with anything on a string, once she gets it she pulls it to take it away, it’s hers, she got it, game over. With this toy, she will hold part down with a paw and stretch the rest of the coil using her teeth to pull. See the photo. The pink she had brought upstairs and I found it broken. The green I supervised to see what could have caused the break and you can see she had started to do the same as the coil is stretched. Honestly, I can’t say the plastic isn’t sturdy, if it had not been aggressively pulled it would have lasted. My cat loves it so I am doing supervised play and end when she starts pulling it. She seems to do that after awhile playing which may be because the fun factor decreases over time. Anyway, supervised it is so fun, but I would not leave a cat alone with it. Perhaps someone can make metal ones, I will be checking in box home stores if they might have safe metal springs.
