I can’t believe the difference these make from my mom’s 60 yo Boye aluminum hooks! I only just last night noticed a sore thumb after hours of crocheting. I don’t know how a simple crochet hook can make a yarn a hit or a miss. The sock yarn I was using was constantly splitting with my old hooks. These made it very rarely split!

It is one of the most comfortable hooks Ive owned. The yarn glides on and off easily and doesnt have to force off like the generic hooks you get from amazon. It comes with 8 hooks, needles, and a ruler. This set doesnt come with a scissor, just a string to connect a sewing scissor of your choice. The tulip etimo comes with a scissor. Honestly got this set because it has smaller hooks than the other set. The smallest hook in this set is 1.8mm.

I already had two sets of Tulip Etimo hooks. (The gray and the pink sets.) When I saw the red hooks I liked the color but figured I already had enough hooks, since I also like and have Clover Amour sets. Then I noticed this set has a few different sizes I didnt have and went ahead and bought it. These Red hooks are the same as the other color T.E.s in shape and comfort. The case is cute but not really a case for all the hook sizes. Its more for taking a few hooks along with a project. Im not impressed with the case. Maybe because I see the gray and pink cases are so much better. The hooks are the same great quality hooks though.

Buying this is really worth your money. I’m comfortable while crocheting and the yarn slides smoothly.

These are the most comfortable crochet hooks I’ve had, along side the clover Armour. So easy to use, and had a size 3, which is hard to find! Cute roll up case too. Love it!

I’ve used plenty of hooks, as a beginner I tried a bunch. I’ve tried all the hooks that they sell at hobby lobby, Michael’s, and Joanne’s. I’ve tried random sets from Amazon. I have to say, it’s worth it to splurge the $85 on this set. It’s made in Japan, the metal is SO smooth compared to the hundreds of other hooks I’ve tried. The shiny metal ones just aren’t cutting it. The coating on this metal is somewhat matte, and they just GLIDE across yarn so easy. Not to mention the shape of these hooks are PHENOMENAL. The tip is pointed enough to get in between tight stitches, and the hook’s curve is curved enough to hold the yarn, but rounded enough to release it. It’s the perfect combination. Not to mention the case is ADORABLE and the red color you just don’t see very often and it’s beautiful. These hooks are great, just buy them if you’re on the fence.

Im trying different brands and different types of crochet hooks but these are my go to hooks. Brands tested: Tulip (plastic large hooks and bamboo Tunisian hooks), Prym, Clover bamboo hooks double-ended, Boye, and Susan Bates.

I have almost all of the Etimo sets. Love them all. They are the most perfect crochet hooks for all projects.

Set de acuerdo a lo que especificaba el vendedor. Son muy cómodos, vale la pena invertir y cuidar las manos que tejen.

These are amazing! I typically like a bates style hook but these are so nice Im changing my mind!
