Eureka / Sanitaire Upright Round Vacuum Belts 10 Pack

Simple easy install. Fit our church vacuum, with spares now for when they get chewed up. (and they do, no matter what brand you buy for this vac.)

Vacuum

These are great belts but you must install them properly with the twist a quarter turn in correct direction. Slightly Straddle the vacuum cleaner bag with the motor close to your body and the roller in front toward the wall twist the belt 1/4 turn to the left as you put it on the motor shaft. (You will already have the belt around the brush with the brush roller installed in it’s slots). There might be a YouTube available because if you don’t install it just right the belt will burn out. Make sure you remove the hair or debris WRAPPED AROUND BELT “GROOVE“ ON THE MOTOR SHAFT OR ELSE THE BELT WILL CONTINUE TO SLIP UNTIL IT BREAKS. Be careful and Do not scar the metal motor shaft with a sharp tool. I burnt up a lot of perfectly good belts until I did all this correctly.

They are not made by Eureka or they would have a model number molded on the outside edge of the belt. It went on pretty easy but has not been given the rug test yet. Hopefully they will last awhile. For six dollars and change for ten belts it seemed like a pretty good deal. If they last a couple of months thats almost two years.

The belts were easy to install

Unfortunately theyre not sold in lesser quantities. Fixed my sweeper problem, but had to buy a ten pack. Im 74 years old. Lets say a belt lasts three years... well you can do the math!

Made my old Eureka vacuum clear work again

Belts arrived earlier than expected and they were the right size. I would recommend to anyone that uses these types of belts to put them in some sealed airtight container after receiving them. I had others that I had left out for easy access and they apparently get dried out and lose their flexibility. Because of that I had to through away about 8 belts that I had for about two years. This is why I had to order new ones but these are good and did not break when I put a new one on the vacuum cleaner. I have two Sanitaire Uprights that use these belts. I only with they were easier to put on but it is what it is. As for your service, thank you for getting them out quickly and for selling a usable product!
