I got this to replace one of those reusable grocery tote bags that had been corralling my heavy-duty jumper cables. I dont have an electric car so I cant comment on how well this bag would store a set of those cables, but as someone who has many extension cords (some of which are likely in the same size range as an EV charging cable), This bag looks like it could hold one of those without any problems. The bag is made from a pretty thick fabric (polyester) and looks like it could easily deal with being chucked in the bed of a pickup and left to ride around there for a couple of years. The pockets might be useful for something that wont fall out easily (gloves, rags, whatever) but I wouldnt stick wrenches or screwdrivers in there unless youre planning to stow the bag in a trunk (or other enclosed location) where it wont move around a lot while youre driving. I have a trunk liner so thats not me (too smooth), but so far driving around with my cables in this bag has not shown any problems. Im actually happier with the bag than I was expecting. If I start to see any signs of wear and tear Ill report those back but at this time I am not really seeing any issues and it works great for what I got it to do.

I needed a bag to put my jumper cables (as well as other things to help organize my truck). All the previous bags I have tried rip and tear over time as they have been made of cheap materials. I didnt want to spend to much money so when I came across this bag and read the reviews I had to get it just to see if it really was a sturdy bag. Perfect! It is a heavy bag and I am sure it will last me a good amount of time even with my abusive way of handling it in my truck. More than just a jumper cable bag and great value for the price!

This is the perfect storage case for my jumper cables! They are neatly wound and attached inside on two sides with velcro, keeping them neat. No more tangled knot of dirty jumper cables when youre already frustrated with a dead battery! This case is impressively made, with thick canvas like material and a water resistant interior layer. I wouldnt subject it to downpours of rain or snow due to the zipper and seams possibly taking on water. But a really nice case for storing your cables, in your cab or in your covered truck bed. Plus it looks great!

This is a perfect storage bag for my jumper cables...in fact, the bag has more room to spare even after my cables have been stowed. I could actually fit another 2 sets of jumper cables in this bag. I plan also store a portable air compressor, flashlight and a few other automotive essentials given the extra space. I never figured Id be buying a storage bag for my jumper cables but this just made too much sense. Im sure this bag could also be repurposed for a number of things, its definitely sturdy enough to be used for other purposes. Great bag!

Heavy canvas, pockets inside, and out. Good value.

This is the best quality item I have received from Vine in a long time. I always keep a set of jumper cables in every vehicle. I cant count how many times Ive used them to jump my own vehicle or to help some other motorist in need. This carry bag is made from very heavy weight and durable material. The zippers are excellent. Now I keep the jumper cables in this and no more spaghetti tangle in the back seat.

I am using this bag for recovery gear. It is reasonably durable, a moderate weight/strength of canvas like material. zippers well sewn. Although it is marketed for jumpers, it could probably hold three or four sets of moderate gauge length jumpers. I have in it: my cabled winch controller, a 40,000 powerbank type jump starter, 30 of 3 tow strap, 10 of 4 tree saver strap, three soft shackles, a pair of work gloves, a small rechargeable flood work-light, and a pair of uhf/vhf uv-5r handi-talkies. They all fit with some room to spare. While this bag is more durable than the best of the bags that came with some of my tow straps, I think it is not made to handle a wrench set, screwdrivers, steel shackles or my bottle jack. I have those type of tools in a heavier duty 18 toolbar from the orange box store. All-in-all for the price a good value.

My jumper cables have been hanging out in the cargo area of my SUV for a while now sliding around back and forth whenever I drove places. I decided to try out this storage bag for storing away my jumper cables. PROS: - Large enough to fit my cables which was great. - Made of strong durable fabric material...so I believe this bag will last a pretty long time. - Ability to store other things in the bag which is also great. Has 3 pockets in the front and 4 pockets inside for things like tools and automotive cleaning supplies. CONS: - Unfortunately, it has a strong chemical smell. I recommend not storing this bag inside the cabin area of your vehicle. Leave in the trunk of car or hide away at bottom of cargo area of SUV to avoid smell. Overall, I highly recommend this storage bag to anyone that has loose objects like jumper cables and automotive supplies in the trunk area and need to store items securely.

It has a heavy zipper, cables fit in it with extra room, heavy material.

The material of this bag is thick and sturdy, and the zipper is well sewn. Saying the bag is roomy is an understatement. On the inside, there are pockets galore to hold wrenches, screwdrivers, or any other tools you may need for a roadside emergency. Theres a pocket on the outside plenty big enough for a pair of gloves. The attached ring makes it convenient for hanging. Its a good value.
