I received my product, and was very happy with it, but the mandolin bit was missing. The Amazon representative put me in touch with the seller and after explaining that I didn’t want to send the drill back and wait for a new one they agreed to replace it. I assumed I was receiving a drill bit and they sent me a whole new drill! They were kind and easy to deal with. Not only am I pleased with the drill, they made it right and I got the new one just a couple of days after speaking with them.

Drill easily to handle would recommend it, but needs to have signal to notify that it needs to be recharged

It works very well and it includes all the accessories needed to keep your nails looking great.

I love this cordless E file, I was concerned some when ordering because the price was much less than most but boy was I surprised! It holds a charge for longer than I expected also. I would definitely recommend this to anyone doing nails at home.
