> 24 hourThe results are very fast and the instructions are clear. I’m not sure how accurate the result are as it is pretty early for me to test so not sure if these are good to use for detecting early pregnancies. Edit: I took this test on May 12 and it came out negative. Well here I am retesting less than a week later (May 18 to be exact) and it came out positive! I went to the clinic to be sure and they also confirmed my pregnancy. The test was valid and I am currently 3 weeks! This test is definitely good for early detection and accurate.

> 24 hourIts fast and easy to use. Its just a dip stick, dip for 5sec, then lay flat and wait 5 min. I guess the hardest thing would be getting a collection cup for urine as most people wouldnt want to use cups from their kitchen. If and when I get a positive result, Ill update my review.
