Evenflo Chase Sport Harnessed Booster Car Seat, Jayden 18x18.5x29.5 Inch (Pack of 1)

This was bought for my grandson cause he out grew his first car seat. He loves this car seat cause it makes him feel like a big boy, hes 2 years old. He enjoys being able to look out of the window at all the cars and animals he sees. So far this car seat is great, it was a little hard to install but my daughter got it installed.

It bit complicated to install for me, but my son put it right away. It has removable arm rests that are sturdy when a cup is in them, but fall out easily otherwise. It was great for the price and is sturdy.

I originally bought this car seat in the pink color scheme for my middle daughter last year. I love it so much that I purchased it again in the black/purple for my youngest daughter. I love that it has the 5 point harness as well as the ability to be a booster seat. The 5 point harness is very easy to adjust and in general the seat is very easy to install. The cup holders need to be screwed in place otherwise they pop off but the seat comes with screws and it requires minimal effort to attach them. The price was perfect. Other car seats with similar features are more expensive so to find everything I needed at such an inexpensive price was very nice (especially since we have 2 vehicles so I have to buy 2 seats at a time.) Size-wise I feel that the seat isn’t as bulky as similar styles, but definitely bulkier than say a booster seat without a back. My 11 year old can still sit comfortably in the middle seat of the car in between her sisters car seats, although she doesn’t have a ton of wiggle room but that’s to be expected when sitting in between 2 preschoolers. I am very satisfied with this car seat and it’s nice knowing that it is likely the last seat I will need to buy to meet the needs of my growing children.

I bought this for my 2year old. The seat is upright and cannot be adjusted. Need to purchase a neck pillow in the event that the child falls asleep. As there is nothing to keep the head in place.

This was an experiment carsest for us. Weve never used one of the harness to booster seats but our just turned 3 year old is extremely tall for her age and everything else we tried looked awkward. Plus If I was going to pay this much i wanted this to be the last one we bought. I like it, it was pretty easy to install although it took a lot of pulling from both sides to get it tight enough. Its lightweight and cute colors and seems like it will fit up to 100lbs or more as its supposed to. The cons-it doesnt lean back AT ALL. It is straight up and down so if your child falls asleep in the car a lot its not for you. I switched back to her old carseat for now just for this reason. Her poor head was bobbing and she couldnt even get comfortable. It also has absolutely no cushion so I cant imagine its nice on a long trip. Other than that it works and is worth the money for how long well have it. It also fits well with another large rear facing carseat and another booster in my smaller SUV

I had not bit of trouble installing this seat into my car. I was worried at first that I got the wrong one but as I was checking my car and the seat out, I found that it went right in and fastened up just as they said it would with the anchors in my car. Love it. Now I can see my grandson much and easier and he seems to enjoy being able to set forward finally.

***Update> After using this carseat (as grandmas) for 6 months, it was time to wash thecover and straps, and adjust the shoulder height, which since the 5 point system is being used, did require it to be removed from the car. This was not the first time ive had to take it in/out of car, but every time the LATCH SYSTEM has stayed tight. The car seat washed and dried nicely looking like new when it came out. ~Reminder to parents if drying in drier use low temp so not to melt plastic clips, this did not happen with this carseat, but with grandaughters main seat (different brand/style) ~ It went back together easily (if you cant remember how the straps go, take a picture before) and back in the car with LATCH. looks new again. ***I bought this lower priced harnessed booster for my car to use for my 18month old granddaughter that I watch 4days a week. I was glad that even at the lower price point Evenflo has continued to design a quality, comfortabe and safe booster seat. After it arrived at my house I took it out of the box and put the cup holders on (each screw in with one included screw) and set it on the car seat to transport it to granddaughters house. It sat so nicely, i knew once i had fitted her in (check shoulder strap height and such) it would fit very securly in my car. Installing with the included latch system was easy and a tight fit. Granddaughter is very comfortable in seat, and is lots of growing room for her over the next 4-5years (assuming it is never used in an accident, since you must ALWAYS replace with new then). Cover seems sturdy and looks to be easily removed for washing (seat would need to be uninstalled, then reinstalled since it is used with harness).

I bought this as an extra car seat for my 4 year old for carpooling purposes. It came already put together right out of the box and into the car we went. Easy installation in the car also. No need for lengthy instructions… it was a breeze and lightweight for easy in and out of the car. I bought this as an extra but ended up using it in my car as it is very comfy for my 4 year old who is almost 5 in a couple of weeks. She will have this car seat as she grows and we transition to booster where we can then use the seat beat to strap across her chest and around the seat as she gets older. For now we are using the straps that are built into the seat and securing the seat to the car with straps behind the car seat. We will have this for years to come !
