I am using this for an outdoor pen for our little puppies. It is perfect for them to hang out with. I also bought a shade tent for dogs at Walmart that covers all of the pen and is perfect for us

Great safe place to put an active toddler so you can have a minute to cook, clean or go to the bathroom.

I’ve never used this for it’s “intended purpose” of having an enclosed play yard. I tried once and my clingy son was NOT having it… But this has been just what we needed to block my son off from certain parts of the house. We first used it in our apartment to keep him contained in the living room and out of the cat food. Then when we moved to our house I used it to keep him out of the kitchen during a renovation and off of the bay window. Now my parents are moving to a house with stairs where a traditional baby gate won’t work, so this fence will come to the rescue again! I basically hold the ends in place with a piece of furniture or strategically fold the sections to be able to do this. This fence has been so versatile and useful!

UPDATED: I gave this gate a shot and besides the few issues I noticed the gate is now bowing out. I have it set as two pieces on each side and one piece on each end. Basically a rectangle. I noticed the side is bowing out which means when a child leans on it (which children lean on gates) its bowing even further and Im waiting for it to snap and the child to crack their head on the table. I rearranged my whole living room to make room for this and here I will have to go through the hassle of sending it back and finding a box big enough for it or I will have to stage my room where something is up against the side so a child can not get hurt. I get making them lightweight and easy to move but its now too light to where it cant even withstand toddlers leaning on it if they say drop a toy outside of it. With the name I thought I could trust this product but I was wrong and cant risk someones child being hurt because they can push this all around, lift it up, and now the plastic is warping at the hinges from them standing and leaning on it. Would recommend looking for a sturdier gate. I had a gate similar but thought I was done watching littles so I sold it. This gate compared to my other is much lighter. Now that would normally be a plus, however, its too light and therefore the one little girl I watch whose 2 can lift it up and slide her legs out, she pushes it across the floor to get to where she wants and shes a little thing. So imagine a bigger child doing it. I bought this to replace the pack and play being she was climbing out of that. The first day she stuck her foot in the open spaces and now I have to worry she doesnt fall doing that and break a leg or hip because it gets stuck as she falls. Putting this together was simple, breaking it down is simple, but I would watch the child and age you need it for. If it is for a little one whose not into climbing and lifting and under around a year and a half this would pry work great. An active toddler who is getting into things will probably not be restrained in this because they will lift it up or just drag it to where they want to go. I do have to worry she doesnt try and crawl under it when she lifts it up and gets stuck with it on her if I say run to the bathroom. So Definitely regretting this purchase, because I thought it would be heavier than it actually is.

Already had a complete Evenflo play yard set, but wanted to give our puppy more room, so we bought this 2 piece extension. Locks into the original play yard set and more spacious. Love it.

I love how when I first took the product out the box it was already put together I just had to stretch it out and it was ready to use. It’s easy to fold, sturdy, not too heavy, and can come apart or add more links in no time. It’s a decent size to begin with plus you can make it smaller or bigger if needed. Can be used as a playpen or a gate. Can transport to other rooms and compact enough to bring it with you in a car. Also it is sturdy enough for baby to stand against it without it toppling over. Overall it is great and affordable. Highly recommend this product!

Right price and serves purpose of what I purchased it for. To keep crawling baby in and nosey dogs out. U get for what u pay for in that its not overly sturdy and need to either keep it in the octagon shape and/or put something with weight against it to hold both sides up straight or whatever shape u put it in. I thought the price of sturdier ones was a little much and did not have space to store the larger plastic barriers with doors and what not. This product does not have door but can unhook easily. Plastic hid away stakes are nice to put in ground or on beach to keep kids in. Very portable and can come apart and/or fold away easily/slide under bed/couch in closet to store away which is why I bought it for my smaller apartment. Space is limited. There are a few pics of it in and out of box and I just threw up real quick in the area Im going to use it for. Dont take too much out of it, just propped up, not how I would have it for when my daughter is actually crawling around in living room, but u get the idea...

These panels are much better made than a lot of the competing panel systems available. I babysit my 9 month old twin grand daughters, and needed a way to protect them from old people stuff that I dont want to hide away for the next few years. These do that, and more. They are sturdy, but also easy for me to manipulate into various shapes to fit whichever room I need them in, and also fold up for storage when the girls arent here. Highly recommended, and Grandpa Approved! Good Job, Evenflo!
