After 5 months it broke down. Evga offer warranty but they dont cover the shipping to The factory. From central america this 8kg are 200$ ups. And lile 100$ from other provider. And coming back like 60$. So i just decided to lose my money on this. Such a expensive psu to break like this. Eith a battery atached on this. Its just poor quality. And for a almost 400$ psu it should include a complete warranty. Because its their quality problem.

Just make sure your case can accommodate 225mm length PSU, and this will be the last PSU youll need to buy for your system. I have been successfully running 13 GPU system with this single PSU. Some prefer going dual PSU route, but youll eventually run into space problem.

This power supply worked fine for 5 months. It is very quiet due to the intelligent fan control. It simply stopped working --- absolutely just bricked on a day when, due to hot weather, the temperature in the room got up to about 90F. EVGA replaced it under warrantee, no problems, but the process required a half-hour on their website, packing and shipping back to EVGA, and a ten-day wait.

Arrived dead on my doorstep. Had to buy a different power supply just to find out that his one was bad. I had a supernova 1000 p in my old system for years of daily use with no issue but I would stay away from this unit.

super nice psu. lots of cables and nice packaging. i was having problems with playing games. my computer would shut down completely when playing for a few minutes on some games (starwarsBF, COD), i thought it was getting to hot because i have 2 gpus, then i read somewhere that the temp of my gpus was not bad and that wasnt the cause of the shut downs. i also read somewhere that i should try a new psu, and multiple people were saying that. so i figured i would first unplug 1 gpu and see what happens. it worked fine. so i decided to go ahead and get this psu. me and my computer are really happy i did, its running perfectly now.

so far so good, decided to upgrade to higher efficiency rating. came from thermaltake toughpower 1000w. used it for many years. idle power was about 230w, now it dropped down to 170w with this power supply. not too bad.

I don’t know why PSU don’t have longer 24 pin connectors, but sometimes I have trouble with CPU 8pin, but it was long enough. I like that it has dedicated 8 pin connectors for the graphic cards that don’t split off. I have a 1000D and this behemoth barely fit so be warned. You’ll need 220mm of space.
