I like the product. Unfortunately, the product arrived broken. Normally that does not get a 5 star review. However, the product was packaged with great care. The company did their due diligence in shipping and did nothing wrong in packaging the product for shipment. I was shocked it was broken. When I processed the return, I received a replacement product almost immediately. The replacement was exactly what I ordered and met all of my expectations. I measure a company by how they react when things dont go exactly according to plan, I would order from this company again.

My product was broken in half. I need to return in order to get another one. I unwrapped the open it before I took it out the plastic it’s completely broken in half. What needs to happen in order for me to get another product?

We have all of the different skull wine holders, this is our favorite. Gave one to a friend for his birthday and he loves it! Everyone at the party thought it was really cool. It doesnt have to hold a wine bottle, our friend is using it to display a rare bottle of Mansinthe. Definitely recommend.

Came in a box packed with styrofoam; you could tell it was handled with care. The holder itself is very good quality. It’s definitely got a bit of weight to it! I gifted it to a skull / flame lover and he thought it was perfect! It looks awesome in his man-cave. :)
