Yes it helps organize small items but it covers up the entire storage area of the armrest and I found it very difficult to remove which made it very inconvenient to get to the stuff below it! I returned it for that reason

Very pleased with this little tray. One of my better Amazon purchases. Fits great in my 2020 RAV4 XLE AWD, and no problem taking it in and out as needed. Provides organization and usable space so you are not digging through your console to find what you are looking for. Toyota should make this standard with car. Would buy again.
