> 3 dayI am using this on my platinum hair. I was using a salon brand, but they changed their formula and its not as good anymore. I wanted to try something new and I am happy I tried this. I also use it on my daughters blonde hair about once a month to keep it bright. Its a bit drying, so conditioner is important to use after. I purchased it in May 2014 and the half gallon (64 oz) will probably last me until this May! I dont know if Ill purchase again since it dries my hair out, but I am very pleased with the brightening and toning that it accomplishes on my hair. By the way, if your hair isnt saturated with water prior to using it, you can tint your hair purple, but the color washes out in the next shower.

> 3 dayGreat lathering and easy rinsing even with cold water. Will leave your horse or dog clean but will not dry out skin. Bonus is the shimmering effect. Can use blue shampoo on any color animal without concern. Simply the best

> 3 dayI wanted my gray hair to be whiter, free from any yellow tones. I did not want blue or purple hair, but this stuff turned my hair purple. Good thing It washed out.

Greater than one weekI have been riding for years and sadly it seems I have more Greys than Bays :) My mom is also a grey. I use this shampoo with baking soda to make a paste. I let it sit for 20 mins and then rinsing with white vinegar. it will foam an smell bad but it really does the job. once the yellow and stains are gone then you can do just a shampoo. We do A shows and my big Grey needs to look like Christmas tinsel. I use it on my Pinto pony as well. It is the best product for the job. Use gloves or your fingers will be purple.
