Expo International Shiny 6-Inch Tulle Spool, 25-Yard, Silver

Havent used this yet, purchased with the polka-dot glitter tulle for a birthday party tutu, used the polka-dot instead of this. Will not go to waste however, making a Halloween wreath with it.
