Excellent quality. Used it with some white Expo tulle to make a grass skirt tutu.

Tulle said it would be here Oct. 25-28. Seller didnt even bother to so until late the 25th. Needed it for a project for Halloween but Didnt get it until November 1st. Tulle was fine but not purchasing form seller again. Very disappointed

Very thin. I suppose can make tutus out of it of some sort.
