Easy to work with, isn’t harsh, and shines!

I’ve bought and used this twice. It was great in both projects.

I used the whole spool to make a tutu for an inexpensive Halloween costume.

Good product but very strong smell.

Bought this to make a easy vail for a Halloween costume. Turned out pretty good and I still have a lot left over for any other craft I decide to do. It’s just your basic tulle.
