Using RO water system. 3 years filters reasonable price.

Great price. The blue top carbon filter (2nd stage) top hole was too small for my system though. I have a standard 5 stage i-spring system, and the standard housing bits seem to take a ~1 1/16 filter hole. The hole in the blue housing was only abut 15/16. I had to drill it out with a forstener bit, and then it fit fine.

My entire system leaked when I first installed it but I called customer service, phone rang once and they answered right away. I explained what was going on and they knew right away what the issue was. I was trying to be too gentle with the system and didn’t push all my lines in ALL THE WAY. Water has been coming out between 20-30ppm since install. Iced tea is cleaner, ice is mostly clear, pressure is good, and works perfect. But now I’m a snob about my water

it is very good abd delivery fast, but, could you help me to find the connector,1/4 3-way Union Tee Tube Quick Connect Push Fit RO Water Reverse Osmosis Excellent and 2-way connector, my old connector is differnent type, and another, the reverse member tube cap is too tightly, i can nog open it, how can i do?

I bought this to replace my Costco reverse osmosis machine. Installing it was easy. Replacing the filters not as easy as my last one as the filter enclosure needs to be unscrewed rather than the quick disconnects of my old machine
