I take 8 or 9 prescriptions (some more than once a day) and loads of vitamin supplements, including fish oil, which are huge. The compartments in this are about 1.5 x 1 x 1 which is more than enough room for all my pills. I just transferred everything from my 4 individual pill holders to this one nice big one. With the 4 individual ones, I had to sit here every Sunday for about half an hour and fill each of the compartments like I was playing 3-D Tetris because thats the only way theyd all fit. Im a happy camper!

I really like how organized I am. My vitamins take up two of the boxes and I still have room for morning pills and sleepy time pills. Each day is removable from the total box.
