> 3 dayGreat job on the color scheme However, The small screws dont fit the front plate so I had to use extra big screws i had & once everything was in place the D-Pad didnt work right. .

Greater than one weekSchnelle Lieferung und einfache Montage. Die Demontage ist viel schwieriger weil man Angst hat was abzubrechen. Mir gefällt die Hülle sehr gut und liegt auch gut in den Händen. Tolles Produkt.

> 3 dayI want to give them 5 stars ,paint and finish of the case feel amazing, super soft to the touch and great colors it’s almost like the suade of plastics lol BUT ! (Yes big but) for some reason the down button on the D-pad gets kind of stuck when you press it which makes the case basically useless. I managed to sand off the area where there was friction with the button making more space for the click and fixed the problem so they need to get a better molding model to make the case fit exactly like an original Xbox case. Once they fix that this would be the best case you could get for you controller.

Greater than one weekI watched a YouTube video. It was pretty simple to put on. Taking off the back grips are hard, the plastic pryer they provided honestly didn’t help. I used the screwdriver to pry them off. I haven’t noticed any issues while gaming. We play pretty competitively and the face plates don’t hinder or negatively change our game play.

Greater than one weekThe faceplate works on Xbox series controller well, no issues with buttons on my end but the unit came with cosmetic defects with was very disappointing. Also doesn’t come with the prying tool or Torx 8 screwdriver so make sure you get them separately. I bought this faceplate to save some money on Design Lab and have fun with the process of customization. Overall I’m happy with it but I’m not sure if I’d buy another one.

> 3 daySuper easy to install! Only issue is I had to use a nail file to file down the bottom part of the hole where the D-Pad goes. Besides that, definitely recommend!
