Plastic appears to be of sufficient quality. Several gaps and rough edges. Overall good product; should be priced at $15, not $22.

Nice, doesn’t connect flawlessly at seams like the OEM controller, but still a high quality material. Adds weight to the controller.

It looks really nice on. If there’s anything I’d suggest, is inspecting the item fully before applying. Through mid application, I noticed the shell had scuffs inside already before putting it on my controller, so I decided to just bite the bullet & keep it despite the scuffs. I didn’t want to have disassemble it again, wait, & reassemble + return. Anyway, aside that, it looks pretty cool, & I totally think you should swap your pro controller shell.

The kit comes with everything needed for the install. The tear down is easy and takes about 30 minutes if you have never done this before. This is my 3rd controller mod and each time it gets faster. The materials are of good quality. They feel nice in the hands. They look good installed on the controller. There are multiple youtube videos on how to install these and I would recommend watching one if this is your first time. I would highly recommend these as they dont feel like cheap knock offs and have a good durability to them.

I had to clean my control stick cuz of the drift and thought might as well change the shell while I’m at it. So glad I got this cuz it gave my controller a new clean look!

Same quality/feel as OEM plastic. Color/feel lines up with Nintendo color/designs of the past. Made me think of all the different colors Nintendo had for the N64 controllers. Simple and quick install. Took me about 10-15 minutes using the included screwdriver. If you have a better screwdriver you can do the swap in minutes. Take your time so you dont strip the screws (apply strong pressure on screws). Also, do NOT over tighten. If any buttons/joysticks stick then you have a screw that needs to be loosened.

I know it seems extremely daunting to disassemble an $80 controller but just find the tutorial on YouTube and slowly and carefully follow each step. Once you get comfortable there’s really nothing to it. Highly recommend having something like a tray underneath to catch the microscopic screws. Avoid carpet too! Very pleased, I’ve got two of them and have been nothing but happy.
