> 3 dayBought this about 6 months ago and now its unusable. First off, it came missing the little metal rod for one of the paddles and a screw. I emailed the company multiple times but no answer. I was able to substitute a paperclip and cut it down to fit, it worked, but not optimal, whatever. Now after 6 months one paddle is broken at the hinge and its unusable. I only play about 2 or 3 times a week for a couple hours, nothing extensive enough for it to break in 6 months. Its nice when it works, but be cautious because its not the best quality.

> 3 dayI got this for my boyfriend and the only issue was it’s a different shade of white so if you had in mind to swap the black trim on a white controller for this white trim it’s not the same shade as the original “white” dualsense controller

My only critique would be for them to please allow the buyer to choose the color of the included accent rings. They automatically ship/come with black accent rings, but the PS5 Dualsense already has black accent rings pre-installed in the stock controller. Im still a satisfied customer!!!
