I have a suspicion the top reviews for this are by paid marketing drones. This is one of those infomercial wonder-products that in real world use is just acceptable. The bristles arent stiff enough to remove built-up dirt and brake residue efficiently, so you end up expending lots of energy in repeated brush strokes. Ill grant that the design allows you to access places otherwise very difficult, fortunately the same places you cant see very well anyway. For work on the wheel face, nothing beats a microfiber cloth and a few minutes of focused attention.

The EZ Detail Brush Mini fits perfectly for my wheels that have 10 spokes, while the original/larger version would probably not fit. The brush works well and is flexible enough to clean the backs of the spokes despite not much clearance between the spokes and the rotor and brake caliper. The one thing you need to be careful of is when pulling the brush back out after scrubbing the wheel, it tends to splatter the dirty brake dust since the bristles do bounce back to their original position quite well. My entire forearm was covered in black ink the first time I used it along with Brown Royal. Im not sure if I just need more time to learn the proper techniques or to pull the brush out from the spokes much more slowly. This brush is too short to properly clean the wheel well which is why it seems that quite a few detailers use both the large and small versions on the same car.

These are great brushes for cleaning the wheel wells on the car.

This is a lot softer that Id hoped. For a wheel/rim brush, you want something with a bit of strength to it. This is soft, almost like its made for dusting. Id hoped for much better. Nowhere near as useful as Id hoped.

So far so good. Only had this for a week and does the job so far. Doesnt scratch my rims.
