It’s a cover. It doesn’t have any suction cups so you’ll need to buy it separately. This covers a white EZPass decide and makes it black. The back is open so you’ll be able to see the white in the back. I would suggest a black suction cup kit not the smoke see-thru.

bought this to cover the white smaller sized ez pass transponder..i mount it on the dash of my Harley that is black.. the white ez pass reflects onto the windshield and was just an annoying thing for me to see..this black cover fit the ezpass perfectly with cutouts for the mounting tags.. it blocks out any sign of the ezpass reflection while riding and the transponder still worked properly

Missing the black adhesive to cover the back and no way to get I. Touch w the company other than Facebook - and I don’t have an account. Amazon was of no help.

Awesome product! Makes the car looks neat. Works with newer EZ pass. The old one is too big for this silicone skin.

It didnt have a lot of suction or stickiness. Its possible it degrades over time but as of now its perfect.

No more white ez pass in a black interior car. Looks great.

This silicone cover fit my toll device perfectly and was a huge help in terms of making it blend in better against my windshield. I no longer have to have that obnoxious white box in my periphery, and theres also no more ghostly white reflection against the slanted windshield glass.
