This product did not fix my laptop and the email address to customer service did not work either. It is affordable and may work for some people

Did not work as advertised, was emailed by tech support to contact with any issues, they never responded, never did what it was advertised to preform ,disappointing

The instructions are convoluted any additional resources are convoluted or incorrect entirely. I cant believe I spent this money thinking that I could fix my computer myself with a thumb drive. Im going to take it to the shop because when I started my computer said that it had Windows 10 on it and by the time I was done it said there was no windows on it and I followed the instructions exactly to the point that I could.

I was getting a fatal error when booting up my computer, and needed a Windows 10 boot stick. The Ezalink USB came with detailed instructions - and were back in action now! Thank you!!

This was such a bargain and a much easier way of accessing the windows install than burning my own disc or making my own flash drive.

It was supposed to bring windows up on my downed computer. But it did not work. I kept trying and it still wouldn’t bring windows back up on my computer. Maybe it worked for someone but not me. It ended up being a problem with the hard drive on the computer. So this was a big waste of money for me.

Followed the directions to the letter and this did not work on my HP laptop. I’m extremely disappointed.

Fix the problem easy.

It’s not programmed right and seller know it but then send you a supposedly link that it don’t work

This product was not able to get my computer up and running. Really appeared to offer nothing that my windows repair disk already had.
