Great colour intensity.

These dont have that much pigment. They are nice to use for detail work but not great for vibrant washes.

UNFORTUNATELY, UPON DELIVERY FOUND TIN WAS DAMAGED. WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE MAKING ANY FURTHER PURCHASES

Je me familiarise avec laquarelle...ces crayons me paraissent de très bonne qualité, jespère quavec un peu de pratique je vais les apprécier complètement, et créer de beaux tableaux !

I bought Faber-Castell Albrecht Durer watercolour pencils after using a much cheaper product...I liked the cheap version but when applying water to get the watercolour effect the colours faded. I had to rework the drawing to get any density of colour. Not so the faber pencils, bright vibrant colours which, if anything, are brighter when water is applied. I did some doodles to try them out which Ive attached...once I get the hang of them, Im hoping for good things. Highly recommended.

Sehr super Stifte aber bei der Marke hatten wir auch nichts anderes erwartet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Faber Castell bestellen.

I am a beginner, but these Faber-Castel pencils works well for me and are slim and easy to carry. Never thought I would use the white, but it is nice on toned paper.

I am not good at watercolor pencils. I just can’t get a handle on them. That being said, these are wonderful pencils. They blend wonderfully, the color spreads beautifully, and they are well made. I just can’t wield them like I can Polychromos, lol. But I’ve tried other brands, and these watercolor pencils are by far the best I’ve tried anyway.

I’m not a professional artist but do a lot of watercolor painting. These worked quite well, sharpened well without loss of a lot of the color. There are good colors. Good starter set.
