Got this as a stocking stuffer for my son to keep him from using mugs. It seems to work fine and is compact.

I sent this as a gift and it is useful. He might not travel with it much. It is easy to clean.

These cups are great, and I can’t paint without it! None of the other water cups/buckets I’ve ever bought have the wavy edge this one has. I can let my brushes sit horizontally, which is at least helpful in preventing potential water and paint damage to the brush. The silicone material and wavy edge also help make sure the brushes don’t roll away. I absolutely love how convenient these are to travel with as well. For those unaware, good brush care means trying to keep water/pigment out of the ferrule and soaking into wooden handles. This is really difficult when the only storage option are holes along the side of the water cup, therefore the only way to store a wet brush is to place it with the handle in the hole, allowing water/pigment to drain into the ferrule and wood handle. Over time, this would loosen the glue and cause the wood to expand/contract as it absorbs water and dries, ruining the brush faster. Ideally, brushes should be dried hanging by the handle with the bristles pointed down, allowing the water to drain away from the ferrule and wood handle.

I love this thing. It even has the ability to hold your brushes so they dont roll off the table. It folds up so its super easy to fit in a pencil case or plein air painting bag. I even use it at home in my studio sometimes. Its just so convenient im definitely gonna be buying more.

Great for art on the go, the Faber-Castell Clic and Go Water Cup is the perfect art companion. This collapsible cup is easy to store away and designed for quick cleanup. The scalloped top allows for a great place to rest your paint brushes when not in use.
