This item arrived late, was clearly used by someone else as it had been wrapped so poorly in the box. When we attempted to try to get it to work it didnt function at all. I turned on and then gave us a bunch or error messages.

It worked the first day, then the second, it stopped working. No power to the unit. It just died. I called Facebook support, they tried to help, but nothing. I sent it back for a refund. Its super disappointing because I sent this as a gift to a family member. I purchased it directly from 6ave and had them send it. I also bought another at the same time for another family member, but they havent opened yet since it was for Christmas. Ill update the review if that one doesnt work either. Ill buy straight from Facebook next time

It’s THE BEST piece of tech nobody talks about, I don’t get it. WhatsApp or Messenger video or audio calls + Alexa + Speaker from any device or computer via Spotify + Tablet mode + YouTubeTV or second screen to any streaming you may have + Zoom-style calls on Messenger Rooms + “show me front door” smart home integration + digital photo portrait etc, etc... and the list goes ON for $100!

Great product as advertised!

I did not like that I can only speak to it in English and only by the name Alexa. My other Alexa devices are in Spanish and English.

Love my portal.

I bought this to video chat with my nephew but it has been great for so much more. I love being able to read interactive stories to him when we chat and the call quality is great. We have also been using it to listen to spotify and watch You Tube and more
