I think that triangular shaped velour makeup powder puffs are THE BEST tool for applying any type of liquid makeup to your face. There are many brands to choose from on Amazon so when its time for a refill, I usually shop around for the best deal. I havent been able to discern much of a difference in quality between the different brands I have tried so far. This 6-pack was priced a little higher than the competition, but it does come with a nice plastic box container for storage. The soft plush velour fabric of these puffs feels nice against my face as I apply my tinted moisturizer foundation and concealer. I prefer using a brush when applying my powder blush and powder eye shadows, but thats just a personal preference. I like the way the tip of the triangle can be used when applying makeup under my eyes or in other small targeted areas. There is a ribbon strap attached to the back of the puff so that you can place 2 fingers under the ribbon and apply makeup more easily and with more precision. I found the ribbons in these puffs to have a little a little too much slack, and the only way to keep my 2 fingers inside the ribbon was to place my thumb on the front side of the puff while working. Not a dealbreaker, but I wish the ribbon was a little tighter. I chose the pink and beige color combination of puffs because in the past I have chosen darker or brighter colors, only to have them look pretty bad after the first time I used them with my liquid foundation and concealer. Now I just stick to the colors that are closest to my makeup colors so they arent such an eyesore to look at. All in all, I would recommend this brand of triangular velour make up powder puffs, especially if you would prefer to store your puffs in a plastic case that was made just for them.

I have tried a bunch of these different triangle puffs at this point, and the two main differences I’ve noticed are slight variations in shape/amount of point of the triangle, and the colors. I have used a very high quality washable circular velour puff from a well regarded brand for many years, but had recently seen the triangle shaped puffs and realized they’d solve the one issue all circular puffs have in reaching small areas of the face like around the nose and eyes. The solution with a round puff is folding two of the sides inwards to create a corner. Triangle puffs are already built the appropriate triangle shape. The listing says to use them for foundation or as a wet and dry beauty tool, but personally I would not use for foundation application or other wet applications. Getting them wet for washing is fine though. Size wise, this brand of puffs are slightly wider at the base and less pointy at the tip than some of the other triangle puffs I’ve tried. In comparison, these puffs are slightly smaller than my circular puff if you cut off two of the round edges, or roughly a little smaller than the size my round puff becomes when I fold those those sides inwards. This is fantastic, because instead of these puffs *only* being good for the eye and nose area, the rounded portion of the puff is still large enough to be used for the whole face. Each of the two different colors that come in this pack (black and gray) make it very easy to confirm the even distribution of powder across the surface of the puffs. The more evenly you spread your loose powder across the surface of the puff, the more evenly it will apply to your face regardless of what brand or style puff you use. Depending on what color powder you are using, you can select the color of powder that contrasts the best, but with these two colors, all different basic colors of powder will contrast well. The best way to use any velour puff is with patting or pressing motions. Avoid using rubbing motions on the face, as the whole point of applying powder is to set liquid product in place. They say to cleanse after each use, but personally I feel like once a week should be plenty often enough. I put mine in a very small lingerie bag and wash it along with any load of clothes that couldn’t get ruined by powder like a load of towels. Then I let it air dry which happens pretty quickly. In the meantime, the bag has 11 others that can be used while your dirty puff takes its trip to laundrytown.

These are perfect for make up application, very soft and easy to use! I recommend, they are great and feel good on the skin.

These puffs are incredible! Much better quality than I was expecting. They’re seriously soft, like velvety soft. The storage case is a nice bonus as well. Definitely recommend!

Product comes with six powder puffs in a sturdy plastic case. Each triangle puff has a ribbon sewn on the top where you can slide your fingers under while applying make-up to your face. Made of very soft material. Definitely made to apply make-up in with precision since the tip can softly apply foundation or powder near eyes and around nose area. Can be handwashed and used again.

I love this set of 6 soft velour makeup powder puffs. I usually use one a month then toss it out because of bacteria, so this set makes it perfect and I have a 6 month supply. These are super soft and fluffy. Sewn well, they each have a silky strap to get a good hold on the puff as you dip it in your favorite powder. I love the angles of the each so that you can get in corners and under eyes well. Very nice set, even comes in a hard plastic storage case. Love them!

I like the colors, and it was easy to apply and clean.

I really love these puffs for baking and setting my makeup, it really pats my powder into my skin leaving it silky and smooth. It came with 4 puffs for a good price.

Super soft and nice for powder application, I dont know that I would use them for liquid/wet makeup, but to each their own. The triangular shape is handy for around the nose and eyes. Love that theyre washable!

These are very good quality powder bath packs. These are made a good quality cotton. This can be used for application of powder, but not liquid. The applied powder gets a good hold and makes the skin look good. Overall, the face looks good after application. These are packed individually and a very travel friendly. Overall a good purchase.
