Was only one time used. I got two set of them at first week of may I used for a round trip travel and I couldnt use it coming back. Horrible. I am trying to contact the company and their customer service is even worse. DO NOT BUY IT .

I don’t that like this product because I recently used this suitcase on a cruise Easter 2023. When I got my luggage it had scratches, small cuts and the color was missing on one side of my luggage. This product isn’t sturdy enough to be stack on top of other luggage. The company description is very deceitful when they say this item can withstand scratches and dents. The material is very cheap that this company uses and it is not exactly hard cover . I advise don’t waste your money on this item!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. The netting inside multiple bags came apart almost immediately. After 2 different trips through baggage handling the bottoms started to crack at the wheel base and one of the wheels on the larger bag completely disintegrated while going from one gate to another. Not a great choice.

Took all 3 bags on a Delta flight and both large suitcases ended up with broken and missing wheels, cracks in multiple places and are basically not usable again. They look great, moved easily and packed everything I needed - just wished they were more durable. I would suggest using these for traveling when not using an airline service. They are so rough when transporting luggage.

Went one one trip with these and they are not good.

Like weight and it will be use for my vacation

Bought to go on trip a couple of weeks ago, used once and cannot use again. I understand airlines can be rough but these are awful. When we got our luggage from baggage claim at our vacation destination they were scratched, bent, zipper broke and the handle to pull it along was broke. I haven’t even paid them off yet and they are useless.

This is my first hard shell suitcase and my very first suitcase purchase. I read the reviews and decided to order this and the black set. It’s very light weight. The handles felt sturdy. The wheels are very smooth and they were very easy to roll around. I liked the zippered lining. And I liked the TSA LOCKS on them which was easy to use. I purchased these for our family trip to Disneyland for New Years 2023. I was worried about the durability when it was handled by the airline staff loading & unloading but all our luggages were still in great condition. I noticed 1 luggage with a black scuff in the corner but I was able to wipe it off. And a scuff on the black plastic/rubber corner piece but that was expected. I also bought the inexpensive insurance for them. We just recommended this set to a friend. Great price & quality

Used it once and the wheel is busted. Poor quality.
