My curtain light set almost set my house on fire.. after smelling something burning after only minutes, less than an hour, my detriment was a hole burnt in my new sofa, on the back, it could have been far worse. I was very frustrated about my sofa though, thank God it was on the back and not visible but I couldnt put my sofa across my open room, though, only against the wall. I had put the lights up on my first weekend off after getting them and my return had ran out so there was not a chance of sending the burnt item back.... I Hoped the seller was going to replace them after I had contacted Amazon and they called me back but I waited and waited but to no avail, I got nothing! I hope it was just a bad set and know that things like that sometimes happens, but how can I say this was the case if I dont have a set to compare those to? So... If the seller wishes to send me a set in good working condition and they are nice like the picture shows, I will retract my review.

These lights are so cute. I use them on my wall where my window is. The first pack I received was defective and didnt work at all so I had to get sent another pack. Make sure to hang before unraveling the lights so you dont end up with a knotted mess. Otherwise the second pack I received worked great. Easy install

I like that it comes with remote. But the remote and receiver need to be fairly close (1-2 feet) for the remote control to work. The photographs are certainly misleading. It is not as bright. I might buy it again though, for a lower price.

ive bought string lights a few times, they burn out quick, but these, these arent the ones i usually get, they are very skinny wires w dim lighting. they are okay for smaller rooms. but the place i needed them to shine, they didnt succeed.

I bought 2 and they are slightly different shades of warm white. The is copper in the wire if you look close but I mainly see silver. You need to stand close for remotes to work but one will work for both strands. Good value for the price.
