> 3 dayLooks great and very functional Update: The zipper tore from the bag and one of the shoulder straps is starting to tear... disappointing.

> 3 dayYou never know if the item is going to be like the picture. I was pleasantly surprised that the quality and color was as great as the photo. It looked small when I first unpackaged it, but the way it opens up for the inside is huge! And all the other pockets for storing is wonderful.

> 3 dayWere going on a 20 day trip with luggage limitations.I wanted a carry-on that leaves my hands free and is functional, and still within the carriers limits. This will work!

> 3 dayEdit: after a month of use, one of my straps are starting to fall apart. Im really sad about it and I missed my return window. I love this bag. It holds so much. Having 3 kids, I need a big bag to hold everything. This one does it all and more. I bought the 17 in and I can fit my arm up to my elbow in it. Cant wait to really get to use it.

> 3 dayThis is a cute backpack that gets a lot of complements. It is comfortable and has good usable space. The opening to the main section is reinforced with a bar which makes it easy to see and access the main section, but it does impede opening it just a little to squeeze something into the pack. I like the elastic pockets on the side for water bottles and other easily grabable items. These do seem to stretch out a bit so you have to be careful about what you put in there. I would change two things about it. First, and most importantly, the durability of the straps. The strand began to fray at the top where they connect to the bag with in the first couple weeks. I did not overfill or overweight the bag. With that being said, they haven’t gotten too much worse since then and I’m not worried they are going to break yet. Second, I would add a second zipper to the small pack so it is a two way zipper. But this is just a minor frustration at times.
