I’m changing my review to 5 stars because the replacement backpack came in perfect shape. It was perfect to take to the beach to fit towels, blankets, and dog items. Highly recommend. Great customer service as well. They personally reached out to me after issues with my first order.

I am generally pleased with this bag, but the main zipper is a pain. It’s very hard to zip around the corners and is wearing out after a couple of months of use.

I love it. The color is great. Its small but deep and so many pockets and places to put things. Cant wait to use it

This bag fits everything including my laptop. It fits well on my back and my 42 Oz water bottle fits on the side.

I had previously been using a standard leather briefcase to bring all my electronics and notebooks to and from the office, but space was getting tight. I also needed something to give me the option of freeing up my hands or allowing me to more easily pull a suitcase. I had my eye on this backpack for awhile and when the price dropped, I took my chance. I absolutely love it! There are so many pockets and options for my smaller items, writing utensils, headphones, etc. that Im still figuring out my preference. If I had only complaint, its that its SLIGHTLY too small to comfortably fit my Apple Magic Keyboard. I can still zip the main compartment with it in inside, but it has to be at JUST the right angle. Even so, this has really simplified my hybrid work life. I would highly recommend!

Loved how many pockets this bag had. I used it as a carry-on for a plane. It had space for everything I needed ID wise and money wise, so I didnt even need a purse. Had a great space for a laptop too. Very easy to carry d/t having comfortable straps.

I use this bag everyday for work and it’s held up nicely. It also doubles as a bag for when I travel for weekend trips. I always get complimented on my back pack as well!

This bag has everything a teacher could need! Ive seen a few that have a lap top/ cell phone battery pack, this one doesnt have that but it does come with the USB cord and a pocket to charge stuff.

The size is awesome and it is very well made
