Several days later after receiving full refund they contacted me via email directly asking that I update review to reflect refund, offering another $10 if I do so. I stand by my experience of the product but I appreciate the seller’s efforts to make it right.

The bag will be good for traveling, lots of pockets. I do love that it will hold over sized water bottles on both sides. Im disappointed in the color and now wish I spent a few more bucks to get the purple one. Excellently made as Im using it for travel. Holds a ton of stuff and extremely durable. I packed it tight and was very heavy. No Rios, still in perfect condition. I would highly recommend!!! So many pockets to organize your belongings. FIVE STARS
