The product immediately let off a very strong chemical smell when removed from the bag. Its been sitting in my basement opened to air out for two days and the smell is not going away. The bag itself is decent but the smell makes it unusable.

Perfect bag for school, even has a pocket that fits my iPad perfectly. Plenty of space, and great side pockets. My only complaint is that the pink is not very pink but otherwise perfect.

Not as spacious as I thought but It fits alot of item in it. Its also very comfortable and durable. I use this bag everyday for work and just life. I need another one though because I need to switch it up sometimes.

This was a great backpack that holds everything and anything. HOWEVER I will never recommend the protection plan due to see that I got the 4 year plan and they sell it well. I noticed that at the bottom my bag was torn. when I went to claim the insurance they say it didnt qualify even when got it, it was to be a simple process. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE PROTECTION PLAN A BIG RIPOFF!!!!!!~

Got this for my personal item when flying. It was a little larger than I expected, but once I used it a couple of times I realize it is just the right size.

Everyone in my office has one. Holds laptop, purse and lunch bag.

The bag fits laptop, books, phones, makeup, water bottle and other knick knacks when you are travelling. There are so many pockets in the bag that I would literally lose my phone in the bag. I would put it in one of the many pockets and forget which one I put it in. So this bag is a very handy travel bag. When not traveling I use it as my emergency to go bag at home packing it with water, change of clothes and other emergency items. My only issue is that one of the buttons that holds down the outside pocket somehow came off,(I have only travelled with it 3 times) so I am unable to secure the outer flap.

I am give 4 stars, only because it dont get used yet. It met all the criteria my daughter was looking for.

This was a great pack for traveling. Stylish, the color was exactly as in the picture and it fit everything I needed!

Amended Feb. 26: Seller saw that I had a defective bag and made it right! Great customer service.
