Family Tree Explorer 9 PREMIUM - Genealogy software - compatible with Windows 10, 8.1, 7 - compatible with the international GEDCOM format

Very confusing, difficult to use its filing system . Not impressed at all

far too hard to use and some of the pages were impossible to navigate.

The software installs in German and you cant get to the other choices. The second one I received started out OK, but soon the menus were in Gerrman.

Will not import like it says it will. It will start then stops and says there is a file with that name and freezes.

Unable to successfully upload ged family file from ancestry.com.

I was hoping that this product would interface with Ancestry. It does not. It also doesnt access most records like Ancestry, so I basically have to type everything in. It has good trees if you are just looking to build a tree and input information.

There were no instructions on how to do anything. If it had come in a box there might have been. Very difficult to use.

This software does not work and it shut me out of my email and internet access. Now I have to get my computer serviced and it may lose my personal pertinent information. This is a very difficult adjustment for me. Please do not buy from this company. I have never had problems with any downloads from AMAZON before now.

Complicated; locked my system up twice; looped while installing; too many German instructions; difficult to instale.
