The package arrived in a timely manner and had the power brick and adapter for the connections...however the package was missing the power supply cable to actually plug the device up. What good does a power brick and adaptors do without a means to actually power them? Thank goodness I had an extra power supply cable that worked. If not, I would be sending the product back. Quality control needs to do a better job of making sure all the items are included prior to packaging the merchandise. The device did work after I personally supplied the missing power adaptor cord. Three stars that could have been a five star review.
