> 3 dayWe just returned from a trip to NYC where we put this set of luggage through its paces. I chose the Jujube red set, and I love the color because the dark red easily stands out on the baggage carousel, yet it is a dark, masculine, sophisticated brownish red that my husband does not feel silly being seen with (he said a true bright red would be a bit too much for him, ha ha). This set includes three suitcases: large, medium and the smallest piece which fits airlines carry-on size requirements. As far as luggage goes, this set is fairly typical on the inside, with the usual pockets, flaps and straps that youd expect, and lightweight black taffeta lining. On the outside, these suitcases have a rugged, hard shell that is sturdy and protective, and as I mentioned above, the color is deep and gorgeous. The pieces are sturdy yet lightweight and I am impressed at how protective they are. I brought home two delicate, hand-blown glass Christmas tree ornaments and I had to pack them in the checked bags as there was not enough room for them in my carry-on. Although we did wrap them well in paper, after our flight was delayed and changed several times, I was very worried if those ornaments would surive after the suitase was put through so much more than it would have been. But once we got home, sure enough, the ornaments were in perfect shape. Hardshell for the win on that one. The zippers are nice and smooth, and work well. Only the largest piece has the expandable piece that can be zipped open to give a few more inches of space, but it works well. We had no issues with the telescoping handles, and the grab handles had plenty of room for our fingers and knuckles. I did not try the TSA locks so cannot comment on how well those work. I love the wheels on these bags; they spin so smoothly and quickly. My husband and I each wanted to take a carry-on, so we took the jujube red one that came with this set plus one from another set, a London Fog set to be exact. I am pleasantly surprised that this Fanskey luggage rolls much more smoothly and easily than the London Fog luggage! Both glided on tile with ease, but on carpeting, the Fanskey bag was the obvious winner, as the London Fog one did not roll very easily on carpeting, even though it was very short airport carpeting. The Fanskey bag handled carpeting like a champ. Overall we are very pleased with the look, quality, protectiveness and durability of this set of luggage. It travelled well during our plane trip and all that NYC had to offer. These bags served us beautifully and we recommend them.

> 3 dayThis set works out to a little over $60 per piece, which is a reasonable price for a wheeled suitcase of moderate quality. These cases are robust enough to handle the typical rigors of airplane cargo holds, and are definitely up to the demands facing carry on luggage or car travel. The four wheels make even the fully packed larger cases easy to maneuver. All of the cases have straps to secure contents and zippered pouches and dividers to separate items. The combination locks are easy to operate and to change the combination. The reddish brown color is distinctive and should be easy to spot coming down the luggage carousel. The handles and wheels are robust and the zippers are sturdy and easy to operate. The hard shell seems a bit thin to withstand the worst abuse that sometimes faces luggage in an airplane hold (ie falling off conveyers, luggage trams etc). The sturdiest hard shelled cases that are capable of withstanding extreme mistreatment are much heavier, have less space inside and are two or three times the price. This luggage set is a good balance of price and durability.

> 3 dayI found this luggage set to be sturdy and durable. The set comes with 3 different sizes, perfect for traveling. They are good quality luggage. The wheels move smoothly and easily. Each suitcase has a lock included with a key which is nice feature. I liked the color as it is a classic and easy to differentiate from other cases. I feel the price seemed fair.

> 3 dayWe are planning several trips from America to Europe and North Africa this summer and decided to get new luggage. After extensive research on Amazon and elsewhere we ended up deciding to get two different sets from Amazon to see which provided the best value, features, and durability. They prices were about the same and they both had the PVC+ABS material that seems to offer the best mix of value, durability, and light weight. One was this set by Fanskey, which we bought in Navy Blue and the other is a set by SHOWKOO (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B091L2RMXC?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) that is among the most popular inexpensive sets and available in a very wide variety of colors. (We bought the bright green for maximum baggage claim visibility.) On paper the Showkoo set has a couple of obvious advantages. The medium case (not shown in the attached photos and not taken on our recent trip to Morocco) is expendable in the Showkoo set, but not in this Fanskey. Also the Showkoo has an extra interior pocket that the Fanskey does not. On the other hand the Fanskey uses YKK main zippers, which is a definite upgrade over most luggage zippers including the otherwise adequate ones on the Showkoo bags. (Note that the inside zippers on the Fanskey are generic and not nearly as good, probably a half step down from what is on the Showkoo. So it is only the main zippers and the expansion zipper (on the large bag) that are YKK and have that silky smooth feel. We noticed several other difference once the bags were delivered. Even though both are supposed to be made of a similar PVC plus ABS material, the plastic on the Fanskey bags feels much stiffer and the overall shape is more box like with sharper corners and flat sides. Although I dont think its likely in reality, I could imagine that a direct hit on the corner might cause some damage on the Fanskey whereas the more rounded shape on the Showkoo is probably less likely to sustain any damage. OTOH, the stiffness and flatter sides actually makes the Fanskey a little easier to load and use because flat rigid objects can rest against the flat side of the lid (as opposed to the side where the handle retracts.) That handle also seems to be a little stiffer on the Fanskey although the one on the Showkoo works just fine. The handles are a bit more padded and comfortable on the Showkoo, but the ones on the Fanskey also work very well. The surface of the Showkoo plastic is much rougher and the finish is mat whereas the finish on the Fanskey is shiny and flatter. For some reason the Fanskey picked up paint from our stairwell and accumulated several other surface marks that were easy to see against the shiny dark blue surface. Similar marks on the mat bright green of the Showkoo were not as evident. But both sets came through our first trip with no actual scratches or non-removable marks. In the end, I am very happy with my purchase. I value the more understated color, the more solid feel, and the nicer outside zipper compared to my wifes Showkoo. But if you like one of the many colors that the Showkoo luggage comes in, I would recommend going with that. Its probably the more durable option. And it does have a nicer interior.

> 3 dayThis 3 piece luggage set is stylish and great quality. Theyll be easy for me to spot in baggage claim. The hardshell cases are sturdy and durable, but still lightweight. The wheels are nice and easy to maneuver. All in all, this set is great quality at a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend.

Greater than one weekFanskey Luggage, 3 Piece Set Suitcase with Spinner wheels is such a solid set. Harsh sell is always sturdier but doesn’t have as much room, the wheels are excellent they do the 360 spin. The handles also function well. The TSA locks are such a plus, you can set your own passcode with that. The zippers are also large and seem sturdy, always something I look at. This is a solid set.

> 3 dayWe are so sad about this suitcase. It started off great (right color, right size) for about 4 months and then the handle just completely broke off. So disappointed. And now there is no way to return the suitcase because it’s past the Amazon return window. I’ve had other suitcases that have lasted many years. This lasted a few months. Don’t waste your money. Buy a better quality suitcase.
