Ordered for my sons first birthday. The ribbon on it was a little frumpy after ingot it out the package. I added more streamers, ribbons and bandana pieces to it.

Great first birthday banner! I bought this for the photo pics at my grandson’s first birthday and it did not disappoint! It was a great deal, made of decent materials and cute fabric. (It’s actual cloth & twine, not cheap plastic you sometimes get when you order b-day banners) I’d order again if I needed one again!

It was cute, definitely could make this, for the price probably not. Frayed edges you can just cut with some scissors.
